Unlike other lawn care companies, Organic Green Lawn Care uses the natural approach to keeping your lawn green and healthy. The regular additions of natural organic matter builds and strengthens the soil. Conventional fertilizers only address plant nutrition and adds un-needed elements to the soil. Conventional fertilizers actually damage the micobial population in the soil due to the high salt content in petroleum-based products.

Chris and Kelly Denton are lifelong residents of the Middle Peninsula and continue to make it their home. Chris is a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a Turf Management and Landscape degree. He has over 15 years of experience in lawn care and golf course management. In 2001 Chris and Kelly started Organic Green Lawn Care Inc. seeing the need for a natural alternative to lawn care management.

We also have a great staff who are well trained, educated, and take great pride in their work. Some of our employees have been treating the same properties for four years and have been instrumental to their success.
